RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After you complete your exchange, You will be shipped your product within 10 days. How long should it take to process my exchange?The exchange will be treated as a brand-new order and processed immediately from the time you send you to an email confirming you would like to exchange your order.  Please watch for your confirmation email once the exchange is placed. The delivery process will take 5-7 business days to be shipped.When should I mail back the item(s) I want to exchange?Return your unwanted item(s) as soon as getting the confirmation via email after you have sent us an email stating you would like to exchange it. You have 14 days to get your items back to us once we have confirmed you will be sending back items.  

To measure your head at home take a measuring tape around the circumference of your head at a finger's width above your ears, above your eyes, and around the widest part of the back of your head. Don't make it too tight.

All of our felt hats are 100% Wool felt therefore naturally water resistant but not fully waterproof. Wearing in the rain is okay but we do not recommended getting the hats soaked. Additionally, do not leave your hat in the car as it can over heat & cause the hat to shrink.

For small stains or marks on the felt hats we suggest using a small piece of sandpaper to rub it out. For the straw hats we advise using a spray bottle with water and squeezed oranges to spritz the hats bimonthly for added longevity.
